Cost  Prices include Socorro taxes and Socorro Island Park fee of $425

  • $4200 Per Diver – Triple Occupancy Stateroom (one stateroom available)

  • $4620 Per Diver - Double Occupancy Stateroom (seven staterooms available)

  • $5775 Per Diver – Double Occupancy Premium Suite – (1 suite available)

These costs are non-refundable.

 

Important Notes

·         All guests must have a passport valid six months from entry. Visas are required from certain countries, please check your specific requirements online. All non-Mexican guests will require an FMM tourist visa.

 

Included:

  • Complimentary Backscatter photo and video workshop at SeeCreatures Cabo San Lucas on the 23rd .

  • Eight nights’ accommodations aboard Nautilus Adventures’ Liveaboard “Under The Sea”

  • Up to four dives daily, weather and itinerary permitting – excepting two travel days.

  • Continental breakfast, breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks.

  • Along with diving, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are there for your use between dives – along with touring the shorelines and hopefully doing some humpback whale watching

  • Towels, linens, toiletries

  • Use of tanks (aluminum 80’s) and weights

  • End of trip slideshow DVD and onboard facilities such as the hot tub and lounge.

  • All staterooms have a private ensuite bathroom.

 

Not Included:

  • Airfare – Fly into Los Cabos, Mexico (SJD)

  • Port Fee - $35 paid when you board Under the Sea

  • Hotel costs if you fly in a day prior to departure and/or fly out a day after return – highly recommended

  • Equipment – You are responsible for everything except tanks and weights. Be sure to pack your safety marker.

  • Nitrox is available for $20 per day

  • Alcoholic beverages – They provide a wide selection of beer, wine and alcohol from the ship’s bar at very reasonable prices. You aren’t allowed to bring your own alcohol.

  • Dive accident insurance is REQUIRED. Travel insurance – HIGHLY recommended!!!

  • Crew gratuity

 

Miscellaneous Notes:

·         Restaurant pricing is on par with Jupiter, FL establishments

·         Amstel beer – they have the real thing, not what you can purchase in the U.S. 😊 

·         Gouda cheese – it’s amazing! Straight from Holland.

·         Average water temperature is 80 degrees, air 82 degrees. This is year-round due to being just north of the equator.

·         Currency is the American dollar!

 

 

Diving

You will be able to experience amazing dive sites such as El Canyon, the Boiler, Red Rocks, Roca Partida, Cabo Pearse, Punta Tosca and Roca Oneal. Average of four dives a day. Expect to see the friendliest giant mantas in the world, bottlenose dolphins, some of them almost as friendly as the mantas. You could see up to ten species of sharks and loads of fish. Silky sharks, Galapagos sharks, white tips and silvertips are around all season. There will also be other activities to keep you busy such as kayaking and paddle boarding. Or simply relax in the hot tub.

·         Passport

·         Certification cards – main card and Enriched Air card

·         Drivers’ License

·         Credit card – cash is discouraged in most places right now

·         DAN Card or other diver specific insurance card

·         Sunscreen – You’ll be almost on the equator, sun is strong. Only reef and environment safe sunscreens are allowed on the island. Stream2Sea is available at Scuba Works.

·         Sunglasses

·         Two bathing suits and beach towels – one to wear, one drying 😊

·         Dry bag to take on boat

·         Hat – The wind blows all the time.

·         Jacket or sleeves for evenings and possibly for the boat

·         Water bottle!

·         Casual attire – you can go almost anywhere in shorts and t-shirt to full-on dressed up.
